Gather & Stitch is a small one-person business. Last minute cancellations have a significant impact on revenue which may compromise my ability to run the business. Please familiarize yourself with this cancellation policy.

Remembering Your Bookings

Please make a note in your calendar or agenda when you sign up for a class or retreat. I may send a reminder email prior to a class or retreat, but not receiving a reminder email is not grounds for a refund.

Group Classes & Retreats

Customers cancelling a spot in a course or retreat with over one week of notice will be offered a full refund. Unfortunately, customers cancelling with less than one week’s notice will not be eligible for credit or refund.

Private Lessons

Customers cancelling a private lesson with over 48 hours in advance will receive credit towards a future service. No credit will be provided to customers cancelling with less than 48 hours’ notice.
